Our Story
For generations, countless men and women have answered God's call to serve, yet many have struggled to find biblical training that is both deeply rooted in Scripture and immediately applicable to everyday ministry. Some institutions emphasize knowledge but leave little room for spiritual formation. Others inspire the heart but provide limited opportunities for practical ministry. We believed there had to be a better way.
Out of that conviction, and through years of prayer, pastoral ministry, and leadership development, God birthed Empower-U Institute International.
Our vision is simple: to equip Scholars who are grounded in Biblical Truth, transformed through Spiritual Formation, and prepared for Practical Ministry. We believe these three pillars are not separate pursuits—they are the foundation of faithful Kingdom leadership.
At Empower-U, the classroom extends beyond lessons and lectures. We believe the local church is God's laboratory for leadership, where Scholars have the opportunity to apply what they learn, serve alongside experienced leaders, and grow through real ministry experiences. Knowledge becomes transformation, and transformation becomes faithful service.
Our campus motto, "Presence Before Purpose," reflects our deepest conviction: before God sends us to influence others, He first invites us into His presence to shape our character.

Apostle Michael W. Moses
Co-Founder & Chancellor
Apostle Michael W. Moses is the Co-Founder and Chancellor of Empower-U Institute International. With decades of ministry, leadership, and marketplace experience, his passion is to equip leaders who are firmly grounded in biblical truth, transformed through the presence of God, and prepared to faithfully serve Christ wherever He calls them.
His vision is to see generations of Kingdom leaders raised up who will influence the Church, their communities, and the nations with humility, wisdom, and uncompromising devotion to God's Word.

Sr. Pastor Elizabeth Moses
Co-Founder & Dean Of Students
Pastor Elizabeth Moses serves as the Co-Founder and Dean of Students at Empower-U Institute International. Additionally, she serves as the Sr. Pastor of Empowerment City Church, Atl. Known for her compassionate heart, pastoral wisdom and care and commitment to the spiritual growth of those assigned to her.
Pastor Liz as she is fondly known is dedicated to helping every Empower-U Scholar flourish both academically and spiritually.Her heart felt desire is to see that every student experiences authentic transformation through a deeper relationship with Christ while you are discovering and developing the gifts God has placed within you for Kingdom service.
